UTIKAD attended the Logitrans Turkey which is held for the twelfth time between 14th and 16th of November in Istanbul. Association's President Emre Eldener delivered the opening speech of the fair. FIATA Senior Vice President and Vice President of UTIKAD Turgut Erkeskin attended the panel titled "Intermodal Business Turkey - Priorities the Industry Now Needs to Set" on the third day of the event.
Atlas Prizes are given to industry representatives every year at the fair. UTIKAD received Atlas Special Jury Prize for its project titled "increasing awareness towards women employment in logistics industry" which is run throughout 2017 and 2018. UTIKAD's Project and Information Manager Tuğba Bafra accepted the award in the name of UTIKAD.
UTIKAD participated at the three-day event with its own booth and welcomed local and foreign representatives of the industry.
